Managing the creation, scheduling, approval and successful release of change requests, ensuring minimum impact to business and technology services.
Manage and contribute to the change process by employing Agile and Dev Ops practices alongside ITIL Change Management methodologies and leveraging advanced toolsets such as ITSM and cloud-native solutions.
Oversee the master schedule of change and communicating to the Business and 3rd party suppliers. Develop, implement and maintain the Change Management policy, processes and standards ensuring alignment of the entire organisation complies with the procedures in line with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
Analysis of complex services, covering a diverse range of technologies and 3rd party suppliers, to ensure that proposed change requests meet required standards, including comprehensive analysis of risk, business impact & continuity, backout plans, test plans, resource requirements and availability.This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License.
