We are seeking a passionate and motivated team member to join us in the role of Internal Sales Representative based at our Seven Hills NSW branch. This is a unique opportunity where no two days are the same. From interacting with customers to adding significant value in our administrative functions, this role will best suit for an individual who is a quick learner, multi-tasker and a general all-rounder!

Role Responsibilities:
- Support Account Managers in sales, administration, and general enquiries.
- Handle sales, service telephone and website enquiries.
- Assist with AC system designs using Polyplan.
- Project work including Poly Plan and State Catalogue.
- Identify and liaise with new customers.
- Identify and streamline processes from planning to delivery.
- Coordinate the despatch of products and product information to existing or new clients.
- Ensure compliance with credit procedures as issued by the Credit Department.
- Receive and receipt payment for goods.
- Assist your branch team when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in an internal sales role, preferably in an industrial/trade environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organisation skills.
- A high level of computer literacy particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite or programs.
- Solid data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team.
