About the Role
As an Internal Sales Officer reporting to the State Manager of QLD, you'll ensure high customer satisfaction and provide stellar sales support.
You'll work closely with our dynamic sales team, offering product information and processing orders precisely.
Your role will also involve monitoring delivery schedules, managing backorders, communicating with stakeholders, updating our CRM system, and assisting in creating marketing materials for our Business Development Managers.

About the Role
As an Internal Sales Officer reporting to the State Manager of QLD, you'll ensure high customer satisfaction and provide stellar sales support.
You'll work closely with our dynamic sales team, offering product information and processing orders precisely.
Your role will also involve monitoring delivery schedules, managing backorders, communicating with stakeholders, updating our CRM system, and assisting in creating marketing materials for our Business Development Managers.
Your key accountabilities will include but are not limited to:
- Handle customer inquiries and liaise with sales staff on pricing and product details.
- Responsible for understanding project requirements and products so relative estimates can be drafted.
- Ensure timely order expeditions.
- Prepare cost estimates through the analysis of proposals and requirements.
- Keep all internal and external stakeholders informed about sales orders and delivery schedules.
- Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and product/system solutions.
- Oversee backorders and forward order reporting, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Maintain and update Clevertronics CRM with quotations, opportunities and project completions.
- Create compelling marketing materials for Business Development Managers to wow the market.

- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with customers in an upbeat and positive manner.
- Team player with a solid drive to support the success of your team and the wider business.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and plan effectively.
- Quick learner with a knack for developing product knowledge.
- Responsive attitude and excellent phone skills.
- Experience with various CRM systems.
- Electrical or construction industry experience (desired but not essential).
