Gaming Attendant

About the position
Our Gaming team play an important part to our Club operations. Wests currently have a casual opportunity available for a customer focused individual across our New Lambton and Mayfield sites. Wests Gaming and Beverage operations provide quality service to our members and guests. Key responsibilities include:

Provide friendly customer service
Gaming machine service
Drink orders and delivery to machines
Reset and payout jackpot wins
Operation of Tab and Keno terminals
Cleaning of workstation and equipment
Operation of tills and cash handling
Collect glasses from the floor and return to bar areas for cleaning

This position will require availability on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Thursday. As this position is key during peak periods for our venues, shifts are rostered from the evening through to early hours of the morning.

Please note that if you are successful in this role, it will require you to complete a fully funded Certificate III in Hospitality as part of your employment with The Wests Group. You will be paid for your time to complete the course. This program is offered in partnership with Allara Learning and is subject to eligibility criteria .

Certifications required: RSA, RCG

Please be advised, this role requires a Criminal Check to be undertaken prior to starting the role.
