Position: Casual Staff
Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Operate bubble tea equipment and prepare a variety of drinks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store
• Assist with inventory management and stock organization
• Participate in daily operational tasks, including cashiering and order processing

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skills and a strong team spirit
• A positive work attitude and enjoyment in interacting with customers
• Previous experience in food & beverage or service industry is preferred but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
