About the role
Grape Lord Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Farm Manager to oversee the day- to-day operations of our vineyards in Red Cliffs, Victoria. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable management of the farm, while also contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.
What you'll be doing

• Manage farming operations across four properties (approx. 75 acres)
• Develop and implement effective farming strategies and practices to optimise crop yields and quality
• Manage a team of farm workers, including scheduling and performance oversight
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all farm equipment, infrastructure, and facilities
• Ability to understand and operate all types of agri-machinery
• Monitor and analyse farm data, such as production and costs, to make informed decisions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant agricultural regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with the Director to contribute to the overall business strategy

What we're looking for

• Previous experience (5+ years) in farm management or a similar agricultural role
• Strong working knowledge of best practices in Table Grape farming techniques
• Current Driver's License is essential
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
• Forklift License preferred
• Aus Chem Certificate
