• Extensive experience in designing and delivering evaluation projects end to end
• Strong project management skills, including ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, deliver on time and on budget.
• High level skills in written communication with the ability to synthesise evidence from multiple methods to answer evaluation questions and clearly articulate evaluative arguments.

What you will be doing

The Evaluation Manager will provide leadership, direction and oversight of evaluation projects including both large system transformations or government priority projects and smaller scale program, such as pilot and projects suitable to rapid evaluations.
The evaluation manager will deliver a comprehensive evaluation workplan.
The evaluation work includes framing and planning evaluations, including selection of appropriate methods and development of data collection tools, and delivering evaluations end-to-end via data collection and analysis across a range of quantitative and qualitative methods, synthesis and reporting into evaluation reports.
The evaluation manager will be responsible for ensuring evaluation projects are managed according to expected timeframes and scope including quality control and the delivery of high-quality evaluation reports that inform decision making and improvement.

This role will liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the evaluation work is relevant and appropriate. A key function of this role will be to provide expert advice and build evaluation capability of ACI staff and program teams.

Position Classification: Health Manager Level 4
Remuneration: $137,173.00 - $163,431.00 per annum excluding Superannuation
Hours Per Week: 40 (38 standard + 2hrs toward ADO)
