Are you an experienced Service Desk Analyst looking for your next challenge? Join our dynamic team providing Level 1 support to a key financial services client. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your technical expertise and customer service skills in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional Level 1/2 support, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Administer user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365.
• Provide support for Windows 10/11 environments (MCITP preferred).
• Manage and troubleshoot TCP/IP, VOIP, Video Conferencing, and basic networking issues.
• Support Apple products, including i Phones and i Pads.
• Use your can-do attitude to ensure workstation PCs are optimized for reliability, availability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Utilize IT Service Management tools to track and resolve issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• A number of years of experience in a fast-paced Technology Service Desk environment.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of audiences.
• Experience with IT Service Management tools and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
