Following the decision by the Australian Government to acquire UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters from the US Government, Lockheed Martin Australia has established a core team of experienced military Rotary Wing professionals to support the initial procurement and ongoing sustainment activities. We are pleased to invite applications for the position of UH-60M Deputy Logistics Manager to join our UH-60M Black Hawk team in Enoggera, QLD.

Reporting to the UH-60M Supply Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and prioritize task allocation for the Logistics Support Team.
• Administer logistics strategies, data plans, and processes in line with Defence policies, evaluating business outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Defence logistics policies and processes by LMA staff.
• Assess and report on supply chain efficiency, ensuring reporting requirements are met.
• Provide logistics policy and procedural guidance to contracted entities and Commonwealth-supported platforms.
• Lead and mentor logistics staff through coaching, feedback, and professional development.

About you:

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Extensive experience in Defence logistics, including inventory control, asset management, and supply chain governance.
• Strong personnel management skills, with the ability to lead teams through competing priorities.
• Proven ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional customer service and partnering focus.
• Proficiency with Inventory Management Systems.

Desirable

• Adaptability to changing needs and priorities.
• Experience in a Program Office support environment.
