About this opportunity:
As the Executive Assistant to the Deputy CEO and Director of Business Development, you will play a crucial role in supporting both the Business Development and Executive team by providing high-level administrative and secretarial assistance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about contributing to the future of ICC Sydney. You will:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence, ensuring effective time management and prioritisation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials, taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Coordinate VIP events, manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVP details, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
- Maintain seamless communication with internal teams and external partners, providing timely support while maintaining confidentiality.
- Assist with special projects, anticipate the executive’s needs, and support with other duties as required by the Executive.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting senior leaders.
- Administrative or support experience, preferably in the event industry or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Computer packages.
- Experience using event management software desirable (such as Event Hub or Momentus).
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
- Advanced writing and reporting capabilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
- You must be 18 years or over.
