About the role
Reporting to the Manager - Central Support, you will manage staff enquiries and provide critical support to our operational sites, undertaking tasks that enhance performance across the organisation.

- Manage daily staff enquiries, conduct audits, and provide feedback on Provider Appointments and job search assessments;
- Monitor Participant MORs, guidelines, and contractual requirements, ensuring compliance;
- Build professional relationships with internal MADEC staff and provide practical support to participants;
- Use reporting to identify performance gaps and ensure KPIs are achieved within required timeframes;
- Maintain accurate participant files and information systems.
