Argentina - Data Enrichment Specialist

We are looking for a meticulous and resourceful Data Enrichment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for researching, validating, and updating data to ensure it is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to enrich datasets and improve the quality of information used across the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Research and collect missing information to enhance existing datasets.
Verify the accuracy of data through various tools, platforms, and sources.
Clean, standardize, and organize data to ensure consistency across systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
Use data tools and software to improve efficiency and automate enrichment processes where applicable.
Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data promptly.
Maintain detailed documentation of enrichment processes and methodologies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices related to data quality and enrichment.

Qualifications:
Experience:

1-3 years in a data-related role (e.g., data entry, research, or quality assurance).
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data management software; experience with CRM or database systems is a plus.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve data-related issues effectively.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data enrichment tools, APIs, or web scraping technologies.
Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
