Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:

Develop and implement business strategies to expand market presence and enhance client satisfaction.

Align outsourcing services with client needs and industry trends to maintain competitive advantages.

Conduct research to identify emerging trends, new market opportunities, and potential risks in the outsourcing industry.

Benchmark against competitors and recommend actionable insights to position the company for growth.

Analyze and optimize processes across various outsourcing functions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.

Implement frameworks for continuous improvement in quality and performance metrics.
-
Collaborate with account managers and client teams to understand evolving client needs and provide strategic recommendations.
-
Support the development of tailored outsourcing solutions to meet specific client goals.
-
Work closely with leadership, sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.

Guide cross-functional teams in achieving strategic objectives through clear communication and project management.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.

Prepare and present reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress, insights, and recommendations.
Experience:
-
3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or a similar leadership role within the outsourcing or BPO industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and clients effectively.

Familiarity with outsourcing operations, industry trends, and client relationship management.

Proficiency in tools and software for data analysis, reporting, and project management.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
