- Assist in managing customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Support in coordinating and monitoring haulage schedules to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with the operations team to address and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data accuracy in CRM systems.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve service quality.
- Assist in preparing reports and performance metrics for customer service operations.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Passion for the logistics industry and willingness to learn.
- Hands-on experience in customer service within the logistics sector.
