- Assist in processing supplier invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
- Maintain and update records of all payments, invoices, and related documents.
- Collaborate with the procurement and operations teams to verify goods and services received.
- Support in preparing monthly reports on accounts payable status and cash flow.
- Assist in responding to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and other concerns.
- Help ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (experience with Quick Books is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Practical experience in managing accounts payable processes within the logistics sector.
- Exposure to financial systems and real-world accounting practices.
- Opportunities to develop analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Work closely with an experienced finance team in a supportive and collaborative environment.
