We are developing in the Romanian market and are looking for a Area sales manager to join the team.
Tasks
- Sales development in the assigned territory
- Achievement of sales targets
- Building relationships with partner personnel
- Conducting product trainings
- Resolving disputes
- Monitoring product placement and improving representation with existing clients
- Sales planning
- Reporting and analytics
- Preparing presentations
- Work experience as a "field" manager or sales representative of a network channel (Non-Food: building materials, plumbing, household appliances) from 2 years
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion and listening skills
- Focus on earnings, results and success
- Willingness to spend 50% of working time on business trips in Romania
- Independent decision-making and responsibility for the result
- A five-day working week
- Work in the Home office format (like a traveling salesman)
