You will ensure external and internal customer satisfaction and deliver commercial budget responding to requests in wider Balkan region (Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia, Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia & Montenegro)
This is the role
- Build and reinforce relationships with various stakeholders including architects, acoustic experts, design managers and others
- Promoting ROCKFON systems, training , explaining and introducing new products
- Specify and track projects to promote use of value added systems
- Promote brand image for ROCKFON to differentiate with competition
- Gather market intelligence on future projects and competition activity
- Arrange promotional activities and events
- Specification by identifying and analysing projects requirements and suggesting ROCKFON solutions
- Provide support documentation, follow projects via CRM, tracking and sharing with internal and external stakeholders
- Request feasibility for non-standard products
- Benchmark ROCKFON solutions vs market request and competition
- Communicate international project leads to relevant markets and lobbying by canvassing local and national authorities on benefits of our products for education, healthcare, office and leisure environments
- Experience in sales of construction materials
- English
- Initiative, autonomy, team work, result orientation, communication skills and high customer orientation
