Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Understand and analyze user needs, behavior, and motivations through various research methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
- Design intuitive and engaging interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
- Present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field or an equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Invision or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of web and mobile design projects.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and Java Script is a plus.
We operate in the USA Time Zone. In Pakistan time, our shift is from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
