About the Role: Conference Producer
Indulead is hiring a Conference Producer to craft impactful programs and engaging content for international corporate events in Karachi and Dubai.
Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and interview industry leaders to identify trends and topics.
• Develop conference agendas to attract and engage target audiences.
• Build relationships with industry experts for speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing for seamless event execution.
• Oversee logistics, content, speaker coordination, and on-site management.

Requirements

• Based in Karachi, Pakistan.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication(Fresh graduates welcome).
• Positive attitude with excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in English with creative writing skills (B2B content experience is a plus).
