We are a US-based Corporate Culture Company, and we're currently seeking a Team Leader to join our Pakistan office. In this role, Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding, supporting, and motivating a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence and exceed our strategic objectives.
Please note that this position requires working the night shift 6PM-3AM PST. (Pakistan Standard Time)
Key Responsibilities:

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Maintain client records and schedule appointments and google calendar management.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion of objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity of the team.
- Comprehend and meet key performance metrics while consistently delivering excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, share insights, and recognize achievements
- Demonstrate effective communication skills.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within a relevant industry or field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and motivate team members.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience with performance management and providing constructive feedback.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to drive team performance.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights for informed decision-making.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Location Requirement:
- Lahore: Candidates should be able to reliably commute to work or plan to relocate before starting the job (Preferred).
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
