We are seeking a Senior Business Development and Sales Executive to join our team in Pakistan. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and effective cold calling. This role requires a proactive approach to generating leads and securing new clients, along with a strong track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Conduct cold calls to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and identify opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales, with a strong background in cold calling.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
