- We are looking for SAAS Project Coordinator:
- We are seeking a proactive and organized Saa S Project Coordinator to manage our projects and ensure timely delivery and performance excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating with freelancers, using Saa S tools, and monitoring team performance to achieve project goals.
- Coordinate and manage Saa S projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Collaborate with freelancers and internal teams, assigning tasks and following up on progress
- Utilize project management and Saa S tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Monitor team performance and project results, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate effectively across teams to maintain alignment and resolve challenges.
- Proven experience in Saa S project coordination or similar roles.
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, Slack, or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in coordinating with remote freelancers and diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset to monitor and interpret project and performance metrics.
- Previous experience in the chatbot or AI Saa S industry is a plus..
- Experience with handling Projects remotely.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (10;00 AM to7:00 PM)
Location: Remote
