Cinepax Limited is looking for passionate and motivated Management Trainees to join our Advertisement & Sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in crafting and executing advertising strategies to boost brand visibility and sales performance.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in sales presentations and client meetings to promote our offerings.
- Support the creation of engaging marketing materials and campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Contribute to team projects and initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A genuine passion for advertising, marketing, and sales.
