IT Support Specialist

- Role: Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and peripherals.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
- Maintain IT documentation and generate reports.
- Train staff on IT systems and best practices.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and equipment repairs.
- Enforce IT policies and ensure system security.
- Requirements:
- Education: Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT support.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, mac OS, Linux).
- Networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, and troubleshooting).
- Strong hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed.
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
