Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Help organize company events and meetings.
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Hands-on experience with HR and administrative functions.
