Front Desk & Social Media Executive

Social Media Management:
1. Create and publish engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, & Linked In.
2. Interact with followers, respond to messages, and foster online engagement.
3. Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize strategies.
4. Can use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Front Desk Responsibilities:
1. Greet visitors, manage phone calls, and respond to customer inquiries.
2. Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
3. Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence.
Key Skills:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
2. Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools.
3. Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or communications
is preferred.
2. Prior experience in customer service or social media management is a plus.
Experience: 2 Years of Experience in Social Media / Front Desk
Location: Near Star Gate, Karachi, Pakistan
Days & Timing: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
