We are a dynamic and growing business with a focus on delivering exceptional products to our customers. As we expand our e-commerce operations, we are looking for a talented individual to manage our Daraz and Shopify stores efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of Daraz and Shopify stores.
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
- Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images for better visibility and sales performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews professionally to maintain excellent service ratings.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement promotional campaigns and discounts on both platforms.
- Stay updated on platform policies, trends, and best practices.
- Proven experience managing Daraz and Shopify stores.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, order management, and inventory tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and other relevant tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media) is a plus.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for creating product visuals.
