Position Overview
The Data Scientist will be a key contributor to our Data and AI Transformation team, responsible for advancing the predictive analytics capabilities across our MSP, RPO, SOW, and direct sourcing services. The role involves applying machine learning models, statistical techniques, and data-driven insights to predict trends, improve decision-making, and optimize workforce strategies.

Position Overview
The Data Scientist will be a key contributor to our Data and AI Transformation team, responsible for advancing the predictive analytics capabilities across our MSP, RPO, SOW, and direct sourcing services. The role involves applying machine learning models, statistical techniques, and data-driven insights to predict trends, improve decision-making, and optimize workforce strategies.
Description of Essential Duties and Functions
- Develop, implement, and refine predictive models to improve decision-making within talent management processes, including workforce forecasting, talent acquisition, and workforce optimization.
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and trends related to workforce performance, recruitment, and project outcomes.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify business problems that can be solved using predictive analytics and develop solutions tailored to specific organizational goals.
- Work closely with MSP, RPO, SOW, and direct sourcing teams to integrate predictive models into operational workflows and improve outcomes.
- Design experiments, A/B testing frameworks, and model evaluation methodologies to ensure predictive models deliver impactful results.
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving the adoption of predictive analytics across the organization.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices are followed throughout all analytics initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging trends in predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI, and apply these innovations to enhance our talent management solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data science, predictive analytics, or a related field, preferably within talent management or workforce solutions.
- Proven experience with predictive modeling, machine learning algorithms, and statistical techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar tools.
- Experience working with large datasets and data processing techniques (e.g., ETL, data warehousing).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and ensuring the ethical use of AI/ML models.
- Experience with MSP, RPO, SOW, or direct sourcing environments is a plus.
