Experience

07 years of Experience (after acquiring stipulated qualifications) in the
formulation of communication strategy/plan and handling major communication initiatives.
Jobs Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy and action plan tailored to
- Design a communication strategy that supports project objectives and effectively engages
- Conduct target audience mapping and assess information needs for each stakeholder segment.
- Collaborate with the team to create and implement a strategic communication plan, including
- Guide stakeholders and implementing entities toward a shared communication vision,
- Provide overall direction on communications, including the development of annual work plans
- Enhance internal communication systems to improve information flow within the project.
- Coordinate and draft Terms of Reference (To Rs) for procuring third-party communication
- Assist in pre-bid meetings, proposal evaluations, and contract negotiations for outsourced
- Monitor performance of outsourced communication firms, providing feedback on quality and
- Develop various IEC materials, both internally with design support and externally through
- Lead the creation of media strategies to enhance project visibility, including success stories and
- Develop a branding strategy for project initiatives (logos, posters, banners, etc.).
- Manage media relations, build partnerships with print and electronic media, and organize
- Organize public awareness events and manage content, scheduling, and logistics.
