About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Cold Calling Agent to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to generate leads and set appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products or services.
- Identify client needs and provide solutions or direct prospects to the sales team.
- Maintain a database of prospects and update CRM with relevant details.
- Follow up on leads and build long-term relationships with potential customers.
- Handle objections effectively and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- 1-2 years of experience in cold calling or a similar sales role.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Ability to engage and influence potential clients over the phone.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work flexible hours, if required.
