We are hiring an Associate IT User Support professional for an International Organization to provide technical and administrative IT support.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

We are hiring an Associate IT User Support professional for an International Organization to provide technical and administrative IT support.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation of ICT services, including user support, local network infrastructure, telecommunications, internet connectivity, and end-user IT equipment.
- Monitor and report on installations, maintenance, and upgrades while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies.
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support and coordinate escalations to the ADB IT service desk.
- Provide deskside support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and IT support for meetings and events.
- Maintain IT equipment and asset inventory, ensuring accurate records and timely distribution of IT resources.
- Assist in procurement of ICT services and equipment in compliance with ADB procurement standards.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery processes, enhancing overall IT resilience.
- Provide feedback on IT systems and processes to improve user experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT technical support, field support, or similar roles, preferably with mobility equipment like smartphones, tablets, and notebooks.
- Proficient in troubleshooting O365, Windows, i OS, Android, Mac OS, etc.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills to interact with a diverse workforce.
- Preferred:
- Experience with Power Apps development.
- Experience in multinational/international organizations like the World Bank or UN.
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
