Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations. The successful candidate will prepare financial statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for informed decision-making
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 1+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a consulting firm or similar industry
- Professional certification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) is optional
- Proficient in accounting software, such as Quick Books or Xero
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
