Job Description: Kitchen Assistant
Location: Sundae On Demand - Abuja, Nigeria.
Job Type: Flexible (4 times a week, based on needs)

Sundae On Demand is an artisan Ice cream brand, that specialises in creating fresh, handcrafted frozen desserts for exclusive events. We bring joy directly to where it matters most, and we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of ice-cream, gelato, sorbets, and toppings following our recipes and training.
• Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils.
• Portion and package desserts for events and deliveries.
• Support event setups, including Sundae Bars or pop-up stands, when required.
• Help with inventory checks and restocking supplies.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Skills and Qualifications

• Ethusiasm for learning new skills and working with desserts.
• Ability to ow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on demand, including weekends.
• Prior kitchen experience is an essential.
• Basic understanding of food safety is an advantage.
