Overview:
As the Kitchen accountant team lead at Bustop Bistro, your role is critical in ensuring the seamless daily operations of the restaurant. This guide outlines your key responsibilities and daily tasks to help you effective and efficient on your day to day operations. You will report directly to the Accountant and copy the Operations, Store accountant and General manager.
Key responsibilities
· Supervise and raise production sheet
· Confirm that all production is given to the production team in Quantity and grams.
· Work closely with the head chef, Kitchen staff and store team.
· Serve as a middleman between the store and production team.
· Receive, confirm and recording all finished product for the kitchen and moving to the respective outlet.
· Systematic movement of finished product on the software.
· Making sure all book out are done appropriately and daily basis.
· Daily sending record on bad& damages
· Overseeing the CCTV team and regular audits.
