RESPONSIBILITIES
•Assist in overseeing the development and implementation of financial strategies (in line with global standards and best practice) to support the organization’s objectives
•Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes including reviewing and monitoring budgets for the various departments
•Assist in overseeing the maintenance and operations of all facilities,ensuring proper functioning of electrical, mechanical and structural systems.
•Support the implementation of health and safety practices across all locations and ensure compliance with standards
•Oversee the effective management of resources-books,messages,merchandise ensuring the resource strategy of reach and revenue are achieved
•support the coordination of projects related to general service including renovations,construction,upgrades and other administrative projects
•Ensure project goals are achieved by collaborating with external contractors and internal team
•Ensure compliance with legal,health,safety and environmental standards
•Support recruitment,onboarding and continuous development of staff In General Services development
REQUIREMENTS
•Minimum of 13 year’s progressive experience in finance and management roles
•Qualified member of an accountancy body or holder of any professional qualifications e.g CFA,FRM
•Proven experience in a senior leadership role
•Proficient in financial planning and forecasting financial analysis reporting and asset and liquidity management
•Demonstrated experience in strategic planning including the ability to set goals,develop actionable plans and measure performance
•Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
•Excellently communication and interpersonal skills
