Job Description:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Lead and coordinate month-end and year-end close processes.
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Perform detailed financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and documentation.
- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Preferable Mandarin speaker as need to handling Mandarin speaker clients.
- MYR 4,000 - MYR 8,000 per month
- 5 working days per week, 8 hours per day (flexible clock-in time)
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- Account: 1 year (Required)
