Job Summary

• To handle sales support in updating necessary report, summary, sales report in regular basis.
• To handle customer call and query.
• To attend to all walk in customer in professional manner.
• Assist Sales Manager and Senior Sales Consultant in leading customer to show units.
• Attend sales team's meeting to understand necessary tasks undergoing.
• To handle front counter administration work.
• Ensure sales gallery and show room cleanliness, good condition at all time.
• Answer incoming calls promptly.
• Coordinate with HQ staff on any inquiry.
• Report to Senior Sales Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must be graduated at least SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/ Advance Diploma or above.
• Accepted No experiences candidate with quick learning attitude.
• One year or more relevant work experiences are welcome to apply.
• Pleasant Personality, Positive Attitude, Proactive
• Aggressive and willing to learn
• Microsoft Word/ Excel/ Power Point skill required.
• Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Mandarin is added advantage
• Five Day Work (Mon - Fri)
• Working hour 9:30pm - 6pm
• With own transport
• Work location Trinity Sensoria Sales Gallery - Ampang (Beverly height)
• Preferable Female
• Full Time position
