• Position Title: Sales Manager
• Working Location: Penang / Kuala Lumpur
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to MYR10,000 + Transport Allowance + Commission + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sales operations within Malaysia with a goal to enhance our franchise business presence.
• Independently prospect and secure new customer leads across Malaysia to boost the organization's client base.
• Carry out sales execution, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Proactively identify opportunities for cross-referencing and drop-in replacements alongside bringing New Product Introduction (NPI) projects for our franchised lines.
• Target Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Contract Manufacturers (CMs) as primary customers.
• Collaborate closely with clients to implement the design of Integrated Circuits (ICs) into the user's end-products, ensuring technical compatibility and optimization.
• Liaise effectively with top-tier IC manufacturers and facilitate clear communication between the manufacturers and end-users for product design purposes.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of technical sales / outdoor sales experience
• Experience working with Electronics OEM is a must
