Position : Sales Coordinator
Salary Range : RM 1,600 - RM 2,200
Location : Teluk Panglima Garang
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday 8:30am to 1:00pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Liaise with customer on the status of each order and delivery
· Review AWSB’s capability n meeting customer’s order requirement.
· Feedback to customer in the event that AWSB has capability problem in meeting customer’s requirements.
· Preparation of Sales Quotation, Proforma invoice and sales invoices.
· To obtain information related to customer perception.
· To summarize and analyze customer survey to determine improvement needs.
· To reply to customers complaints.
· Work closely with operations and customer service groups.
· Develop business plans, sales process, and strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
· Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
· Maintain sales and activity reports.
· Monitor customer debtors and follow up payment.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any field
• Good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills are a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point)
• Able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
• Fresh graduate encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM32,500.00 per month
