Responsibilities:

• To assist Outdoor-sales in providing excellent customer service and building a good rapport with customers to satisfy each customer's need
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints about the company's services and products
• To prepare a quotation and ensure all quotation is up-to-date and valid
• To issue Invoices, Delivery orders, Issue Delivery Notes and Picking slips
• To check the delivery status on a daily basis
• Other duties as assigned by the Superior
• To liaise with walk-in customers for the sales inquiry
• Maintain and update sales and customer records/ database/ reports
• Assisting sales team in all aspects of sales processes documentation and administrative supports
• Assist in general office administration work as and when required

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Preferably 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Required Skill(s): Good communication skills, customer service skills, computer literacy, planning and management
• Responsible and disciplined to work

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
