Key Responsibilities

• Manage showroom and stores’ daily operations and sales.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to ensure their active engagement in achieving the company's objectives.
• Identify and address any arising issues, while demonstrating strong decision-making skills.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), Professional Certificate or Diploma in any field.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Other skills: Time management, people skills, good communication skills and problem solving skills.
