Profile

• 2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and administration
• Experience in handling payroll-related tasks or familiarity with payroll
  software, attendance management systems and other HR related
  software
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Able to collaborate across departments and levels of the organisation
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Professional requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
  related field or equivalent work experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
