Customer Service Executive || SPM Leavers || December Intake

Actively recruiting the right fit talent that can fulfill our client needs. For this position, you will be working under one of our clients, a Call Center company based in Bandar Medini, Johor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work on rotational shifts.
  • Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the-e hailing and delivery service.
  • Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
