Job Responsibilities
1. Manage the operation of customer service on company platform, develop and execute operational strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
2. Utilize user interactions and feedback data to identify customer needs and target audiences for personalized support.
3. Responsible for daily maintenance and problem-solving on company platform, ensuring prompt and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
4. Develop and execute operational strategies for user engagement, conversion, and retention.
5. Enrich and innovate operational practices based on business scenarios, crafting and driving the implementation of plans, and being accountable for the effectiveness of activities.
6. Create and edit content for posts, and prepare materials for promotional purposes.
7. Collaborate with the team in executing company activities to collectively achieve customer service and engagement objectives.
Job Requirements
1. Six working days.
2. At least 1 year working experience in customer service, social media management, or a similar role.
3. Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4. Fluent in Mandarin speaking and writing. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
5. Familiarity with data analytics and the ability to leverage user interactions for improved customer service strategies.
