Position: Customer Service Executive
Project: Telco Industry
Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Salary: RM2000
Benefits:
  • KPI allowance - up to RM500
  • Night shift allowance - up to RM400
  • EPF SOCSO provided
  • Training provided (1-month)
  • Nearby with Public Transport
Working Days: 5 days, 2 days off
Working Hours: 9 working hours including 1 hour break
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work on rotational shifts.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a high-paced working environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Attend and resolve customer/client questions or complaints via phone call, email, or live chat.
  • Regularly contacting customers to ensure their experience with a product or service is satisfactory.
  • Direct calls from customers to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Ensure a positive attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the company's products.
  • Keep records of customer interactions.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
