Officer

The appointee will provide administrative support to various PG functions including course management, RPg annual progress reporting, admissions, studentship and award management. The appointee is expected to assist in compiling statistics and reports, handling enquiries, managing database, and providing support to committees.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, which preferably includes experience in local tertiary education institution(s). The appointee should also possess good communication skills (in written and verbal English, Cantonese and Putonghua), strong IT and number skills. He/She should also be a good team player, well-organized, with a strong sense of responsibility, and able to work independently in a dynamic working environment. (Duration: 2 years)
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview and a written test.
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical benefits will be provided where applicable. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
