Responsibilities:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
- Lead and manage a team of deskside support technicians in providing timely and effective technical support to end users.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in a Managed Service account environment.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Windows PCs using corporate images, ensuring compliance with end user IT security policies.
- Provide expert-level M365 end user support, troubleshooting issues and optimizing user experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance PC compliance and enforce end user IT security policies within the organization.
- At least 3 to 5 years Desktop Support experience
- At least 1 year and up Desktop Support Team Leader experience
- Experience in supporting a Managed Service account is necessary
- Experience in using Remedy ticket system
- Experience in using Excel for ticket analysis
- Must have knowledge in M365 end user support
- Must have knowledge in building Windows PC using corporate image. Experience in updating the Windows PC image would be a plus.
- Experience in working in an organization that has more focus on PC compliance and end user IT security policies
