Role Overview
Feeding Hong Kong is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled IT Support and Digital Transformation Lead to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and platforms while spearheading continuous improvement initiatives and supporting our digital transformation strategy. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging technology to enhance our mission of saving food and delivering food security in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day IT Support:

• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly to maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain and manage IT inventory, including software licenses and hardware assets.

- Continuous Improvement of IT Platforms:

• Assess current IT systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to implement enhancements and new features.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems, making recommendations for upgrades and optimizations.

- Digital Transformation Support:

• Assist in the development and execution of Feeding HK’s digital transformation strategy.
• Research and recommend new technologies that align with organizational goals and operational needs.
• Train and support staff in the effective use of digital tools and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 6-7 years of proven experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably in a non-profit or social service environment.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, software applications, and network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with digital transformation processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – i.e. ability to collaborate across diverse multi-cultural, ethnic and generational backgrounds.
• Bi-lingual English and Cantonese written and spoken is a must.
