Hebrew Speaking Telesales position for cloud storage software - Athens, Greece

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to introduce cloud storage software to potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Effectively negotiate contracts and close sales while delivering exceptional service.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Provide valuable feedback on customer trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Fluency in Hebrew (both spoken and written) is essential, with proficiency in English preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in telesales or sales roles, ideally in technology or software sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Athens, Greece.
