In this Senior Associate Communications role, you will:

Drive the development of colleague communications and provide strategic advice to senior leaders.
Ensure communications activity connects colleagues to NAB’s Group Strategy Evolution, as well as the Corporate Affairs Strategy and Communications Plan.
Create key messages and content across various platforms such as Linked In, Workplace and Share Point, as well as Outlook.
Collaborate with the Head of B&PB/C&IB Communications, to shape a communications plan that engages colleagues and amplifies the contribution they make for customers and NAB.

What you will bring:

Track record of experience in Communications or Public Relations with the ability to manage enterprise communications projects.
Previous experience in Digital and social media content, including writing and simple visual communications editing.
Previous experience working with senior leaders will be highly regarded.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
